Return Policy








If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Enterprises Inc., simply return the regular-priced item(s) for a full refund (less the shipping charges) within 30 days of the delivery date the item(s) were received. Some conditions apply.


Returned item(s) must be received back to Enterprises Inc. and within our possession before the 30 day period has expired. 


All accessories, under garments, books/magazines, SALE and CLEARANCE items purchased are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund. does not have a product exchange program in place and does not exchange any merchandise.



To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you must return your regular-priced item(s) (excluding accessories, under garments, sale and clearance items) within 30 days of the delivery date to, and must meet the following conditions:

• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging or in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells. Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification. 

• All hangtags must be attached to the garment and original packaging must be intact, such as shoe boxes cannot be used as shipping container with label affixed directly to the item packaging.

• All audio and video-related products can be returned, but only if UNOPENED AND WITHIN THEIR ORIGINALLY SEALED PURCHASED STATE — original factory seal, without any damage to packaging and contained items.

• For the Exhilarate Zumba Fitness DVD Collection, all original contents (seven DVDs, two Toning Sticks and program guide) must be returned in its originally sealed package.

• Returnable if purchased at regular price and not on sale. Sale items are final.
• Must be unworn, unwashed and have no traces of hair, dirt or distinctive smells.
• Must be returned with its original packaging and in perfect condition using a separate shipping container. The actual shoe boxes CANNOT be used as shipping containers with label affixed directly to the item packaging. Place original shoe box in a shipping box similar to the one you originally received your boxed shoes in. Taped and damaged shoe boxes without original packaging will be reshipped back to you and unfortunately no refund will be issued.
• All tags, if any must be attached to the shoes and original packaging must be intact.
• Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification.


If your returned item does not meet this criteria, or is determined not to be defective, will send a follow-up email within 30 days and/or return the item back to you.


Restocking of Returns:
Please note that for all returns valued over $500 before tax, a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your total refund.



The pre-paid return shipping label provided through our Product Returns Departmemt for purchases is the only free of charge shipping service available from Mekaden Enterprises Inc. If you choose to ship a return package via an alternate shipping service, you will do so at your own expense. Free return shipping is only available for shipments within Canada and must be used within 30 days of the order's delivery date.


Original shipping charges are not refundable.


Please note that only one free shipping return label will be issued per eligible order. If additional returns must be made, the customer becomes responsible for shipping costs.


Mekaden Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to limit returns and is not responsible for any return packages not received and/or lost in transit.


Please retain and record the detachable Tracking number sticker found on the label for your records and for correspondences with Canada Post and/or our Customer Care Department.



Purchases not made directly on are not eligible for a refund. This means no third-party purchases – including purchases made at the Zumba Instructor Convention, any trade shows, and/or purchases from Zumba Education Specialists (ZESs) or other resellers – are eligible for a refund.


If the order was made using a credit card, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for that particular purchase. If the order was made using any other method, such as a Gift Certificate, a store credit will be applied to your online account or a ZumbaShop,ca Gift Certificate will be emailed to you. A refund of the purchase price (less the original shipping charges) will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned regular-priced item(s).


All shipments and returns are handled by Canada Post.



The completed Product Return Form must be included inside the returned package. Not having this completed form will delay and/or prevent any return and refund to be processed.
