ZUMBASHOP.CA AND MEKADEN ENTERPRISES INC. RETURN POLICY

GENERAL INFORMATION
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from ZumbaShop.ca/Mekaden Enterprises Inc., you can return any regular-priced item(s) for a full refund (less the shipping charges) within 30 days of the delivered item(s). Some conditions apply.

All accessories, under garments, books/magazines, sale and clearance items purchased are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund. ZumbaShop.ca does not have a product exchange program in place and does not exchange any merchandise.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS AND CONDITIONS

To receive a full refund of the purchase price, you must return your regular-priced item(s) (excluding accessories, under garments, sale and clearance items) within 30 days of the delivery date to ZumbaShop.ca, and must meet the following conditions:
 

• All regular-priced merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.

• All hangtags must be attached to the garment and original packaging must be intact, such as shoe boxes cannot be used as shipping container with label affixed directly to the item packaging.

• Garments must have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, or distinctive smells - all returned items are subject to inspection.

• All audio and video-related products can be returned, but only if unopened and are within their originally sealed purchased state — original factory seal, without any damage to packaging and contained items.

• For the Exhilarate Zumba Fitness DVD Collection, all original contents (seven DVDs, two Toning Sticks and program guide) must be returned in its originally sealed package. 

If your returned item does not meet this criteria, or is determined not to be defective, ZumbaShop.ca will send a follow-up email within 30 days and/or return the item back to you.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING

The pre-paid return shipping label provided through our Product Returns Program for ZumbaShop.ca purchases is the only free of charge shipping service available from Mekaden Enterprises Inc. If you choose to ship a return package via an alternate shipping service, you will do so at your own expense. Free return shipping is only available for shipments within Canada and must be used within 30 days of the order's delivery date. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that only one free shipping return label will be issued per order. If additional returns must be made, the customer becomes responsible for shipping costs.

Mekaden Enterprises Inc. reserves the right to limit returns and is not responsible for any return packages not received.

REFUNDS 

Purchases not made directly on ZumbaShop.ca are not eligible for a refund. This means no third-party purchases – including purchases made at the Zumba Instructor Convention, any trade shows, and/or purchases from Zumba Education Specialists (ZESs) or other resellers – are eligible for a refund.

If the order was made using a credit card, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for that particular purchase. If the order was made using any other method, such as a ZumbaShop.ca Gift Certificate, a ZumbaShop.ca store credit will be applied to your ZumbaShop.ca online account or a ZumbaShop,ca Gift Certificate will be emailed to you. A refund of the purchase price (less the original shipping charges) will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned regular-priced item(s).

The completed Product Return Form must be included inside the returned package. Not having this completed form will delay and/or prevent any return and refund to be processed.
